Welcome to Rugeley Dog Training Club
Rugeley Dog Training Club is a warm, community‑minded group run by
experienced volunteers and qualified instructors who are passionate about helping
owners bring out the very best in their dogs. Whether you’re starting out with a
new puppy or looking to build on existing skills, the club offers supportive weekly
classes for all levels in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
As a Kennel Club registered organisation, the club follows the established Kennel
Club Good Citizen Dog Training Scheme, helping owners work towards real‑world
obedience and good manners. We regularly host bronze, silver, and gold
assessments, giving members clear goals and recognised achievements to celebrate
as their dogs’ progress.
Training focuses on practical obedience, confidence‑building, and positive
socialisation, all designed to strengthen the bond between dog and handler. The

courses.
We meet on Tuesday evening running three classes at different levels of experience.
